Role Overview
Lead commercial strategy and client growth for EntityX's innovative cultural intelligence platform. Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and commercial planning, focusing on educating agencies and brands about the power of cultural targeting over traditional demographic approaches.
EntityX partners with data and measurement companies that provide audience insights and first-party data access across major brands. Our platform integrates with partners' existing data assets to deliver comprehensive cultural targeting solutions for their brand clients. A key aspect of this role involves deepening these strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities for expanded collaboration, and driving revenue growth through joint go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Activation Sales Strategy & Growth
Own revenue streams across all activation clients
Own the relationship with the current activation partners
Lead market expansion initiatives and competitive positioning
Identify and evaluate new revenue across our targeted clients
Grow the revenues from our clients and partners in line with the target
Account Management
Review weekly reports and create supporting analytics
Weekly client meeting
Drive the live proposals in line with targets
Increase the relationship between EntityX and its key target partners
Drive upweights and re-bookings
Facilitate Monday/Wednesday strategy calls
Sales Enablement & Client Education
Develop sales collateral, pitch materials, and commercial tools to support revenue growth
Build compelling case studies and ROI models to demonstrate platform effectiveness to prospects and clients
Team Development & Operations
To assist in the development of sales and account management strategy as the company scales
Grow EntityX's long-term revenues with key accounts and partners
Grow an active sales pipeline
Lead weekly agency communications and client touchpoints
Establish commercial processes, forecasting, and performance management systems
Collaborate with product teams on go-to-market strategy and refinements
Continue to grow our relationships with EntityX’s key partner
Career Progression
We are looking for a Senior Account Director who can help grow the business over the next 2 years, growing into the Commercial Director role and having oversight of the longer-term business objectives.
Progression to a more senior role as the company scales. Successful performance in this role positions you to transition from managing key accounts to overseeing customer success and account growth, including team and full Sales P&L management.
Qualifications
Essential
5+ years commercial leadership experience in B2B sales/account management
Deep OMG knowledge: Understanding of Omnicom Media Group structure and subsidiaries (OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science, Resolution Media, Annalect)
Strong digital marketing and media buying expertise
Strong visual communication skills with the ability to create compelling, professional presentation materials
Data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into commercial opportunities
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
Preferred
Previous experience with adtech platforms or audience targeting solutions
Agency-side experience in strategy, planning, or business development roles
Understanding of semantic technologies, AI, or machine learning applications in marketing

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 base + commission
28 days holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays
