Founded in 2019, EntityX enables some of the biggest brands and agencies in the world to build up an accurate profile of their target audience’s interests and then identify the most relevant pages to place their ads on. EntityX is pioneering new technology, including a proprietary ‘Knowledge Graph’ and semantic tools to more accurately understand the meaning of any web page.

EntityX provides the most advanced and accurate ‘cookie-less’ targeting solution for advertisers who will no longer be able to use third party cookies after Jan 2022, placing EntityX in a unique position for growth. EntityX is backed by industry veterans, including the former CMO of Grapeshot. The founding team comprises PhD level computer scientists, cognitive linguists, serial entrepreneurs and senior marketers with first hand experience of the challenges of targeting audiences. EntityX recently won a UK government ‘Innovate’ grant to further develop its unique technology into the most advanced brand safety tool.

The Role

We require an Account Manager to engage with our existing brand and advertiser customers and ensure that they continue to receive a high level of customer service. The person in this role will work very closely with the client from the initial brief, to setting up new campaigns, through to campaign evaluation. They will be the main day-to-day point of contact for our clients, liaising across the EntityX business to find solutions and deliver projects on time.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly ambitious team and help define, shape and lead the account management function at EntityX.

The primary objective will be to ensure client campaigns are delivered successfully, maximising client satisfaction, measured by retention rate and increased client spend.

Responsibilities

Account Management

Develop effective ‘account management’ processes and operations to ensure efficient and effective customer service from start to finish. This will require robust account management skills, both hard skills such as project management and reporting, as well as softer skills such as excellent communication and influencing skills and the resilience to handle a crisis and find solutions. They will be the conduit between the client and the wider EntityX team.

Reporting - The Account Manager will ensure that weekly reports, and ad-hoc reports as requested, are supplied to clients from our reporting system.

Campaign Project Management

The account manager will oversee all client campaigns, having a 360’ view enabling them to ensure that the right resources are available. They will be responsible for taking the initial brief from the client, documenting any requests or decisions and then delivering a proposal or response to the brief. They will also be the main point of contact for the client during the set-up, implementation and delivery of the campaign. 

Campaign Asset Creation

The Account Manager will be required to be very hands on when it comes to the creation of new campaign assets for the client. Often this will involve working very closely with the client to obtain information such as customer research and data that will then need to be translated into a target audience. The Account Manager will be responsible for outlining and managing this process, working with EntityX’s semantic and technology teams to build these audiences using our proprietary technology and tools. 

Manage Tools and Platforms

The Account Manager will be responsible for setting up new campaigns in EntityX’s campaign management platform and then supplying the necessary information to the client, their agency and ad tech partners. They will be the first point of contact to triage any problems and troubleshoot any issues, identifying the best person or team  to resolve it. The Account Manager will also manage our partnerships with platforms and tools, required to serve our clients.

Experience

2-3 years experience of working within an account management or customer service role, ideally within a technology, advertising or media related business. The ideal candidate will have honed their account management skills on the job, within a fast-paced environment working with demanding clients. They will have demonstrated resilience as well as creative thinking and calmness under pressure, whilst still being passionate about delivering successful outcomes for their customers.
